Jubilee is somewhat similar to Tabitha. She is spunky and over-confident. Jubes wants to be a full fledged X-Man, but seems to get in trouble trying to prove herself. She seems to want to have more fun rather than be serious, so when she's out having fun she will not realize the trouble she causes until the trouble actually starts. Other than the fact that she has a fun wacky side, she is pretty much a mellow person, and most of the time follows orders when given. Jubby is one of the youngest New Mutants and tends to act her age.
Jubilee can generate sparkling energy, which can be helpful in some scenarios. They are like little mini fireballs that can explode and sparkle. Her powers look like she can create her own colorful work of fireworks.
Interesting Facts: In the series it appears that Jubilee lives with her real parents. Originally Jubilee lived with foster parents, but ran away to live in a mall were the X-Men found her.
